Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses NeuraLIA Labs — on the web and in our mobile apps — and to everything you send to the service, generate with it, publish through it or build on it. It is part of the Terms and Conditions: breaking it is a breach of them.

One rule sits behind every line below. Do not use the service to produce sexual content, to endanger a child, to harass anyone, or to hurt people.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Sexually explicit content

Do not request, generate, upload, publish or distribute sexually explicit content: pornographic text, images, audio or video, or any material whose purpose is sexual arousal. Nudity in a clearly artistic, scientific, medical or educational context is not what this rule is aimed at; sexual content is.

Child sexual abuse material and child endangerment

Prohibited without exception, and no context makes it acceptable: any material that sexualises a minor, real or generated; any attempt to obtain, describe, edit or generate such material; grooming, sexual solicitation, or any sexualised interaction with a minor; and the sale, promotion or trade of such material. We report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities and to the reporting bodies that apply, we permanently close every account involved, and we preserve the evidence the law requires.

Harassment, hate and threats

Do not use the service to harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, humiliate, threaten or defame anyone; to incite or glorify violence against a person or a group; to attack people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, illness, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation; or to publish private information about a person without their consent.

Using the service to harm people

Do not use the service to plan, assist or carry out anything that hurts people or their property: instructions for weapons, explosives or biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear agents; instructions for making or obtaining illegal drugs; malware, ransomware or attacks against systems, networks or accounts; fraud, phishing, scams, or impersonation of a person, a company or a public authority; content that encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders; the sale of illegal goods and services; and the trafficking or exploitation of people.

Deception and misuse of the service

Do not create synthetic images, audio or video of a real person without their consent. Do not pass off generated output as human-made where that misleads someone into a decision. Do not use the service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour or political manipulation. Do not try to bypass the safety filters, the usage limits or the payment of the service, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law that applies to you.

What You Publish and Share

The service lets you publish pages, share a conversation with people you invite, and offer tasks to the community. Everything you publish or share stays subject to this policy and you remain responsible for it. We do not review content before it is published: we act on reports and on our own detection.

Reporting and Enforcement

Report anything that breaks this policy from the content itself — every assistant message, published page and community task carries a report action — or, for anything urgent or that does not fit in a form, write to support@neuralialabs.com. Reports about a minor, or about child sexual abuse material, are handled first.

Reporting and blocking. On any shared message you can report the content and block the person who posted it, from the conversation itself. Someone you block can no longer write to you. We review reports and answer within 48 hours.

When a report is upheld we act in proportion to what happened: we remove the content, we restrict a feature, we suspend the account, or we close it permanently. Child sexual abuse material, the sexualisation of minors and credible threats to a person mean immediate and permanent closure and a report to the authorities. Closing an account for a breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.

If you believe we got a decision wrong, write to support@neuralialabs.com within 30 days and a person will review it again and answer you.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, wherever you live. The full rule is in the Terms and Conditions.

Changes

We may update this policy so that it keeps up with the law and with what the service does. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
